Do I need separate accounts for the app and the website?
No, you don't need separate accounts. TryItOn uses one account across the website, iOS and Android apps, and the browser extension. Sign in once with the same email or Google login on each platform and everything stays connected.
What sharing one account means
- Unified credits: your balance works everywhere, so credits bought on one device can be spent on another.
- Shared wardrobe: saved items and outfits appear across all platforms.
- Continuous history: your try-on results follow you from device to device.
This makes it easy to start a virtual try-on in one place and finish in another, for example, spotting an item through the browser extension and trying it on later in the mobile app. Just be sure to use the same sign-in method each time.
For your security, TryItOn never auto-links accounts by email. If you've signed up with both email and Google and want them treated as one account, link them from inside your account settings while signed in. If you accidentally created two accounts or need help merging them, contact our support team and we'll sort it out.
