How do I change my email address?

You can change the email address on your TryItOn account from your account settings while signed in. Open settings, locate the email or profile section, enter your new address, and save. For your security, we may ask you to confirm the change and verify the new email before it becomes active.

A few things to know

  • Use a real, personal email — disposable email addresses are blocked to keep accounts secure.
  • Your new email becomes your sign-in identifier, so remember it the next time you log in.
  • If you sign in with Google, your sign-in email is managed through Google; you can manage linked accounts from settings.

Changing your email won't affect your credits, saved wardrobe, or virtual try-on history — everything stays tied to your account and synced across the web app, mobile apps, and browser extension. After updating, keep an eye out for any verification message and follow the link to finish the switch. If you can no longer access your old email and need help updating it, our support team can assist you with verifying ownership of the account.
