I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Resetting a forgotten TryItOn password is quick and secure. On the sign-in screen, tap the Forgot password? link, enter the email address associated with your account, and submit the request. We'll send a password-reset email with a secure link you can use to choose a new password.

Steps to reset

1. Go to the sign-in page on the web app or mobile app.
2. Select Forgot password?.
3. Enter your account email and confirm.
4. Open the reset email and follow the link.
5. Create a strong new password and sign back in.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm you entered the same address you registered with. Note that if you originally created your account using Google Sign-In, you won't have a TryItOn password — simply sign in with Google instead.
