- Right account: Make sure you're signed in to the same account you used to purchase — credits sync to one account across web, mobile, and the extension.
- Payment status: A pending or declined charge from your card or app store may not have fully completed yet.
- Subscription vs. pack: Subscription allowances and one-time credit packs are applied once the payment is confirmed by the processor.
Web purchases run through a secure card processor, while mobile subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so confirmation timing can vary slightly between platforms.
