Do my credits expire?
In general, the credits in your TryItOn balance stay available for you to use on AI try-ons and animations. We want you to get full value from every credit, whether you bought a one-time pack or earned them through your plan.
A note on subscriptions
With a subscription, your allowance typically refreshes on each billing cycle. That means subscription credits are designed around your recurring plan rather than being banked indefinitely, so it's a good idea to use your monthly allowance within the cycle. One-time credit pack purchases are intended to remain in your account for you to spend at your own pace.
Because specific terms can vary by plan and region, the most accurate details for your account are always shown in the app and on the pricing page. Your live credit balance is visible there too, so you can see exactly what you have available before your next virtual try-on.
