How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your TryItOn subscription at any time — where you manage it depends on how you signed up.
Web subscriptions
If you subscribed on the web, head to your account or billing settings in the app. From there you can upgrade to a larger plan, downgrade to a smaller one, or cancel. Upgrades usually take effect right away, while downgrades and cancellations typically apply from your next billing cycle so you keep access to what you've already paid for.
Mobile subscriptions
If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, your plan is billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To change or cancel it, open your store's subscription settings on your device — that's where Apple and Google require these changes to be made.
Canceling stops future renewals; you'll generally keep access to your remaining allowance until the current period ends. Because your account and credits are synced across platforms, your balance stays intact regardless of which plan you're on.
