Is my payment information secure?
Yes — protecting your payment information is a priority at TryItOn. We never store your raw card details ourselves. Instead, all transactions are handled by established, PCI-compliant payment providers whose entire job is to process payments securely.
How we keep payments safe
- Trusted processors — web purchases go through a secure card processor, while mobile subscriptions are billed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Encrypted connections — your data is transmitted over encrypted links, so sensitive details aren't exposed in transit.
- No card numbers on our servers — payment credentials stay with the processor, not in your TryItOn account.
This same care extends to the rest of your account: your try-on photos are stored securely, kept private to your account by default, and never sold. You're always in control and can delete your photos or your entire account whenever you choose.
If you ever spot a charge you don't recognize or have a security concern, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team so we can look into it right away.
