Where can I find my invoices and receipts?

Where you find your invoices and receipts on TryItOn depends on how you made the purchase.

Web purchases

If you bought a subscription or a one-time credit pack on the web, your billing history is available in your account or billing settings in the app. Our secure card processor also typically emails a receipt to the address on your account each time a payment goes through, so check your inbox right after a purchase or renewal.

Mobile purchases

If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, the charge runs through the Apple App Store or Google Play. In that case, your official receipt and purchase history live in your Apple or Google account — for example, in your App Store purchase history or Google Play order history — since they handle that billing on our behalf.

Keeping these records makes it easy to track your spending on virtual try-ons and animations. If you can't locate a specific receipt, or you need documentation that isn't readily available in those places, our support team can help you track down the details for your account.
