Why was I charged but my credits didn't appear?

If you were charged but your credits haven't shown up yet, don't worry — this is almost always a temporary sync delay rather than a lost payment. Credits sometimes take a short while to post to your TryItOn balance after a transaction is confirmed.

Quick things to try first

  • Refresh and wait a moment — close and reopen the app, then recheck your balance, which is always shown in-app.
  • Confirm the charge actually completed — a pending authorization isn't the same as a finalized payment.
  • Check the right account — make sure you're signed in to the same account you purchased with, since credits sync to that account everywhere.

Keep in mind that sign-in never auto-links accounts by email, so if you used Google Sign-In one time and email another, your credits may be on a different account. You can link accounts from within your settings while signed in.

If your credits still haven't appeared after a little while, contact our support team with your purchase details and we'll locate the transaction and apply your credits.
